Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • We have a 10-day return/exchange policy from the date of package delivery.
  • We would not accept the exchange of any goods that are consumed at a higher percentage.
  • You should return the product in its original packaging because only so and in no other way we will process return/exchange.
  • Placing other products instead of our item is not acceptable.
  • You should keep the product purchase receipt to continue the exchange process.
  • Once the returned product has reached our location, we will inspect it carefully. We will also inform you if it is eligible for a refund or not.
  • If it is approved, you can expect your money back in your account with 7 to 15 business days.

Refund Process Failure:

If you are eligible to get your refund but your money hasn’t been credited to your account, we request to check your bank regarding it. It might be an issue from their side or it might take more time for the sum of money to be credited by your bank. If everything is OK on the issuing bank’s side, you can contact our customer support team.

Refunds:

Once the returned product has reached our location, we will inspect it carefully. We will also inform you if it is eligible for a refund or not. If it is approved, you can expect your money back in your account with 7 to 15 business days.

Exchanges:

If you do not want to get your refund and want to exchange the damaged product, you can send an e-mail to our customer service team.
